RECONDITIONING & RESLEEVING SERVICES

Boosters

Perth Brake Parts stocks an extensive range of reconditioned brake boosters to suit most passenger vehicles. All reconditioned brake boosters are completely rebuilt with new rubber seals and are pressure tested. Boosters are finished in black gloss acrylic, obtaining a similar finish to what was originally fitted to most vehicles. Custom finishes such as chrome plating are available upon request.

Calipers

All reconditioned calipers are rebuilt using only quality replacement components and are reconditioned to strict Perth Brake Parts remanufacturing procedures. All Brake Calipers are fully disassembled, shot blast to bare metal and rebuilt with all necessary new wearing parts. Rebuilding of classic vehicle calipers are our specialty.

Master Cylinders, Clutch Cylinders & Slave Cylinders

Perth Brake Parts stocks an extensive range of new and reconditioned brake, slave and clutch master cylinders. Both aluminium and cast iron cylinders are available based on the original vehicle specifications. These are matched with OE quality rubber seals and hydraulic components to ensure a consistently high level of brake performance. Should we not have your cylinder in stock then we can offer a comprehensive overhauling service, including stainless steel re-sleeaving with a lifetime warranty.

Brake Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder or Clutch Cylinder

Wheel Cylinders

Wheel cylinders are rebuilt to as new standards. Worn bores are re-sleeved in house using 304 or 314 grade stainless steel and re-kitted using quality brake rubber components. We have a range of pistons manufactured to ensure the remanufactured unit is as good as, or better than new.

Proportioning Valves

Our trained Brake Technicians are authorized to overhaul a variety of proportioning valves.

Maching of Rotors & Drums

Drums & rotors, including slotted and cross-drilled rotors can be skimmed to ensure warpage, divots and marks are removed before fitting new pads or shoes. This in turn extends the life of your new brake pads, and eliminates brake pedal pulsations or shudder.

Flywheel Machining

We can machine a variety of flywheels from flat to stepped to commercial. Flywheel Machining is essential when fitting a new clutch to prevent clutch shudder. No clutch manufacturer will guarantee their clutch unless the flywheel has been machined. Perth Brake Parts also specializes in replacing broken or damaged dowels and the machining of Steel or Chrome Molly flywheels. Please note dual mass flywheels cannot be machined please, contact us re replacements.

Brake Shoes Re-bonding

Perth Brake Parts stocks a comprehensive range of new brake shoes in complete axle sets. We also offer a re-bonding service for worn shoes that are not readily available off the shelf. All shoe sets are lined in premium non-asbestos material and are precision radius ground to ensure ease of fitment. Available in standard and first oversize, in over 1000 applications.
